Established in 2014, Mohali Estates is a real estate brokerage firm and consultancy in Mohali. We help people buy, sell and rent plots, kothis, flats and commercial property, and we offer real estate investment consultancy: where and when to invest, from Aerotropolis LOIs and residential plots to SCOs, booths, showrooms and office space. So far, that's 700+ deals closed for 1,500+ clients.
We're a real estate agent registered with RERA Punjab (registration no. PBRERA-SAS81-REA3060), and we work with NRI clients in the USA, Canada, Australia, Italy and around the world.
Mohali Estates began in 2014, when Deepak Sharma opened an office in Aerocity with a simple rule: tell people the truth about a property, and stay with them until the registry is in their name.
The firm grew around Mohali's sectors, GMADA schemes and paperwork. Buyers, sellers and investors come to us for plain answers on what a plot or an LOI really is, what to check before paying, and how long the wait before allotment can be.
Today Deepak leads a team that has closed 700+ deals for 1,500+ trusted clients, including NRIs buying from abroad. We are registered with RERA Punjab. Our promise hasn't changed since the first deal: honest advice, no pressure, and someone who picks up the phone.
